✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and hygiene liners are still attached
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for swimwear if the protective liner has been removed or if the item shows signs of wear or washing.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or hygiene protection
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
